The July 2024 Edition of the Orange Poetry Live Show

was a night of creativity, connection, and culture. With the rich aroma of 100% Nigerian Arabica Kwararafa coffee filling the air, attendees were treated to stellar spoken word performances and engaging discussions.

The event showcased performances by an array of talented artists, including: Word Abba, Pristine, Muna, JAYPEE, Michael Imosan, Loveth Liberty, Diligent Artist, MJAAY, Mayim M13, Baaji Akura, Bella Ogwuche, Special Guest: Dike Chukwumerije.

Engaging Discussion with Dike Chukwumerije

A highlight of the evening was an engaging conversation with renowned poet and writer, Dike Chukwumerije, moderated by Pariolodo. The discussion resonated deeply with the audience, generating excitement for future editions of the event.

Special Highlights

Live Speed Painting by Diligent Artist: On-stage, Diligent Artist painted a portrait of Dike Chukwumerije in real-time, leaving the audience in awe.
Book Giveaway: Courtesy of Vic’Adex 60 Seconds Poetry Organisation, Endurance Igbru won a copy of The Incredible Dreams of Garba Dakaskus by Umar Abubakar Sidi.
Book Vouchers: Roving Heights Bookstore generously provided ten (10) book vouchers, each worth ₦5,000. Endurance Igbru also won one of these vouchers, and winners had the opportunity to take pictures with Prosper, the branch manager of Roving Heights.
