These working store terms explain digital access, personal-use licences, made-to-order merchandise and support. Product-specific checkout terms also apply.
Digital products are delivered to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep your receipt and download a personal copy promptly. If a delivery link fails or the supplied file is unreadable, contact Orange Poetry with the payment reference.
Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants one customer a non-transferable personal-use licence. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to shared drives, republished, supplied to a course or organisation, or used to train a commercial AI system.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, completed downloads are ordinarily final. Orange Poetry will replace corrupt or missing files and review duplicate charges or a product materially different from its description.
Merchandise production begins after Paystack confirms payment and the item, size, colour and delivery details are complete. The stated three-working-day period covers production. Delivery is free throughout Nigeria. International delivery attracts an additional destination-specific charge that must be agreed with an Orange Poetry staff member before payment.
Report a wrong or defective item within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the order reference. Confirm sizing carefully: made-to-order items are not ordinarily exchanged for a customer sizing change after production has begun.
Email orangepoetryofficial@gmail.com with the order email, payment reference and a concise description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes.
Orange Poetry may update these terms as the Paystack delivery workflow is finalized. The terms shown at the time of purchase govern that order.
